Our client is a leading production company within the food industry, specialized in processing food products. Functie
As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for ensuring the production line runs as efficiently as possible. You will monitor processes, make adjustments where needed and ensure production meets planning and quality standards.
Your responsibilities include:
• Starting and closing production orders in systems
• Monitoring production progress
• Changing packaging materials for new orders
• Carrying out quality checks and registrations
• Registering process and production data
• Supporting and guiding employees on the production line
• Monitoring and adjusting automated processes
• Keeping the production line clean and organized
• Setting up and adjusting machines and equipment
Working hours
You will work in a 2-shift system:
• Day shift starting from 07:00 AM
• Night shift starting from 10:00 PM
Functie-eisen
• MBO working and thinking level (level 2/3) or similar experience
• Experience as an operator or in a similar production environment is a plus
• Technical insight and affinity with machines
• You work accurately and maintain overview
• You are able to perform well under pressure
• Good command of Dutch and/or English
• Knowledge of HACCP and food safety is an advantage
• You are motivated and willing to work in shifts
Aanbod
• Salary between €2,704 and €3,301 gross per month, excluding shift allowances
• Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer
• 26 paid vacation days per year
• Fulltime position with the prospect of a permanent contract
