For a modern production environment in the Venlo region, we are looking for a Machine Operator.
Organisatie
Our client is a growing international company specialized in fresh herbs. The herbs are grown at various locations throughout Europe and are processed and packaged in Venlo for the European and international market.
You will work in a dynamic production environment where quality, teamwork, development and enjoying your work are important.
Functie
As a Machine Operator, you are responsible for ensuring that your production line runs smoothly and efficiently. You keep an overview of the production process, the machines and the employees working on the line.
Your responsibilities include:
- Setting up and operating production machines
- Monitoring the performance and progress of the production line
- Identifying problems and taking action when performance or quality is not as expected
- Carrying out first-line maintenance on machines
- Preparing and printing labels
- Guiding and training production employees
- Ensuring a safe, clean and organized workplace
- Working together with your team to complete daily production orders efficiently
Functie-eisen
- You have technical insight and enjoy working with machines
- You are motivated, enthusiastic and solution-oriented
- You are able to keep a good overview and take responsibility
- You are social and communicate well with colleagues
- You have at least basic English skills and are willing to further develop them
- You are willing to work in shifts
- You live in the Venlo / Grubbenvorst region
